How to Do a Curtsy Lunge:
Start from standing, and bend your left leg behind you and your right to allow your thighs to bend, bending both knees as if you were lying. Make sure your front knee is aligned with your front ankle.
Return to standing, and switch sides to perform one rep.

Quads, glutes, soleus, gastrocnemius
