How to do front rack lunges:
Hold the bar at the shoulders.
One leg steps forward.
Keep heel from front leg down.
Lift heel from back legs.
Lower torso to back knee touches the ground.
Front makeup remains relatively upright.
Complete at full hip and knee extension.
Can be performed with a bar or 1 or 2 dumbbells.

Involved muscles:
Quads, hamstrings, gluteus, calves.
